We, the people of St. Christopher Roman Catholic Church, bonded by our Baptism in Jesus Christ, are a pilgrim community journeying toward God, our Father. Guided by the Holy Spirit, our call to discipleship requires us to be informed by the Gospel challenge, and nurtured by prayer and Eucharist. As a welcoming community, respectful of all life and all God’s gifts, we support each other in order to fulfill the call to service in our families, our community, and our world.

Hello Everyone, Your generous response to the special collection for Haiti relief was inspiring. As of the writing of this article, I don’t have the amount, but it is obvious that it was substantial. On Monday morning, I received a message from HANDS TOGETHER, the  mission in Haiti Doug Campbell told us about a couple of years ago. Doug had arrived in Haiti just as the quake struck. He and Fr. Tom are OK, but two Oblate seminarians who were in the building next door perished. Please remember them in prayer. As long as I’m talking about generous responses, please know of my gratitude for the wonderful response to our COMMITMENT TO PARISH LIFE campaign. Very shortly, we will have a detailed report for you. If all continues as it has begun, we will have much more involvement in our numerous parish ministries and greater financial security.
